Servicing of Nexus distributed equipment is handled by our strategic partner The Crowley Company. They provide coverage for the U.S. from offices in Frederick, Maryland, a satellite office in San Dimas, California and several mobile bases. Also, their technical services team is supplemented by national certified third-party vendor support for routine visits.
Typical hardware technical support services include:
- On-site installation
- System training
- Annual/periodic equipment inspections and maintenance
- Emergency repair
We are pleased to offer several warranty options on purchased and leased scanners that have been distributed by us. Below are your choices of options to consider for securing your investment:
Standard Equipment Warranty
Within the U.S., the typical terms include 90-day warranty on parts and labor; shipping; on-site visits as necessary with 24-hour response time and priority scheduling.
Annual Equipment Maintenance Agreement (AUR)
Typically includes scheduled maintenance visits (number varies by product) and ensures 24-hour response time with priority scheduling. Also covers phone support, non-consumable parts, labor, travel and shipping (when necessary).
